Processing Time:

Please allow 4-5 business days for any order to be processed. As all our items are custom made to order and/ or print on demand, during higher volume times please allow 10-20 business days before your order is shipped. If we have not contacted you within this time frame to notify you that your order is going to take longer please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Info@TrailScales.com. We try our best to be as fast as we can with orders but due to demand sometimes there will be delays.

We are located in Canada and ship world wide. Please see below for shipping times acording to our local post office.

Canada: 2-5 Business Days

United States: 5-7 Business Days

International: - 7-20 Business Days

Tracking:

All orders will recieve a tracking number which will be provided as soon as your order has been made and a pickup has been scheduled with the shipper. At this point you will receive an email with the tracking number and any other additional information.
